He looks like a snake made out of water. He has two arms made out of metal.
Powers and Abilities[]
He has the ability to fire powerful water beams. He can shapeshit, into anything, most notably a watertide wave he can manipulate. He can regenerate by recollecting his water easily. However, he can merge with other bodies of water, and manipulate them like his own body. He can also freeze ONLY the water he manipulates, and unfreeze it by will. He has the abiltiy to respire underwater, and absorb water vapor from the air. He can also make attacks pass through him.
Weaknesses[]
- His water might not cause soo much damage.
- His frozen water might be shattered.
- He can't manipulate liquids other than water.
