When the Tennysons stumble across New York, Ben decides to follow a mysterious boy named Kevin, only to find trouble. Meanwhile, Max's old teammate pays a visit.
Episode 3: Ghostly Nightmares[]
Ghostfreak, revealed to be sentient this whole time, escapes the Omnitrix, much to Ben's horror.
Episode 4: The Flow[]
The Tennysons meet Bivalvan, an alien who desperately needs to stay hidden from his captor, Aggregor.
Episode 5: A Change of Powers[]
The Tennysons chase Charmcaster into her home world, Ledgerdomain, where Ben and Gwen accidentally switch powers.
Episode 6: Wind and Fire[]
Galapagus and P'andor, another two captives of Aggregor, send a distress signal to the Plumbers. Will Ben and co make it to save them?
Episode 7: Humor is Dangerous[]
Ben and co visit Sparksville, a town with weird people and a rubber ball containing dangerous aliens.
Episode 8: On the Run[]
Vilgax is healed and chases Ben to Mount Rushmore, where they have a battle.
Episode 9: Giggle, Cackle and Laugh[]
After Ben and co go to a circus, they witness one of the clowns turning everyone to zombie clowns.

Episode 22: Tampered: Part 1[]
Due to an energy wave caused by Dr. Animo, the Omnitrix starts acting up, and is revealed to be counting down to everyone's doom.
Episode 23: Tampered: Part 2[]
The heroes finally find Azmuth. After he reluctantly disables the Self-Destruct Mode, Vilgax shows up to destroy Ben once and for all.
Episode 24: Removal[]
Azmuth comes to Earth to retrieve the Omnitrix. However, Malware begs to differ.
