The Blast Masters are a terrorist organization introduced in Young Plumbers. They are often associated with Khyber but in Ancient History they align with the Ringmaster's army.
In And Then There Were None, they are causing disruption throughout Europe. Paper, Sci, and Toon eventually chase them to Moscow where they meet up with Khyber. The three recruits stop the terrorists but Khyber gets away. In Ancient History, the three terrorists originally seen are somehow back on Earth and they go to a meeting with the Ringmaster and Revel.
