Blowout has a gray body with a triangular head, tornado arms, rectangular legs, and metal wind in front of him.
Powers[]
Blowout can spin his metal air like a fan. He can also suck it in, which will help with air dashing. Blowout can create wings from any element, and has aerokinetic combat. With aerokinetic combat, he can battle opponents in a windy area using just wind powers.
If Blowout air dashes a lot impressively, he gets temporary aerokinesis. Blowout has big bulky arms for attacks.
