He looks like his Ultimate Alien appearance, only his armbands and chest bands are silver and gray. He no longer has a ponytail.

He makes his debut in Heroics where he battles Sunder and defeats him.
In, Ready to Rumble, Four Arms defeated Porcupine. Later he fought both Gatorboy and Porcupine. He was then used to prove his identity the Fang twins.
In, Sorcerer's Stone, Four Arms battled the Golem and smashed the Charms of Bezel.
In, The Moth Man Cometh, Four Arms battled the Mutant Moths.
In, Vilgax's Power, Four Arms fights Vilgax. Later Four Arms held off Vilgax. Later he battled Vilgax atop Mount Rushmore. He appeared briefly and punched Vilgax.
