He is the main villain from the Carl 10 franchise.
Appearance[]
Dr.Frank is a basic modified human. He is bald and has face paint. His eyes are purple in color. He wears a black t shirt, with separated sleeves. He also wears fingerless "gloves" made out of bandages. He wears red belt with buttons on it. He also wears blue jeans.
In New Carl 10 Hour, he looks the same, except he lacks his sleeves and now has bandages on his arms. His belt is also orange now and lacks buttons, but has spikes on it. His eyes are now yellow and red, totally insanity. His jeans are now in aqua blue color. He now lacks his bandage-gloves.
Powers And Abilities[]
Since he is a human, he has no special abilities, but he uses alot of weapons. He is also seen to be a pro trap maker. With his weapons, he can take down Carl very easily. He is also alot agile, due to being a human.
Weaknesses[]
Since being a modified-like human, he lacks alot of humans' weaknesses. Like, falling off an flat would be a "piece of cake" for him. His weapons are not very durable, because Micropos' shock rays can tear his weapons apart.
Personality[]
Dr.Frank is a cold person, since he wants Carl and his team dead. He is also shown to hate Carl more then everything. He is also shown not to care for his daughter.
History[]
Dr.Frank was basically a really calm person. The thing happened once his wife gave birth to their daughter. One day she was coming home from work, she had a car accident. And due to Dr.Frank hating Carl, the guy who stabbed into Frank's wife's car had the same truck as Carl has, so the truth why Dr.Frank hates Carl, is cause he thinks he killed his wife.
