The Morpheos' Minions are the wicked clones created by Morpheos in Sweet Dreams in Ben 10: Alien Alliance. They're similar to the Ultimate form, since they are stronger, looks slightly different and miss some of the weaknesses the original had.

Nightmare Cannonbolt is a brainless creature with an ulimited appetit. He have looks similiar to the Mutortoises from Animo. He is completly blind but his scence is incredible. He is also an amphifian . |

Nightmare Goop is an enhanced version of the regular Goop. He don't longer need an anti-gravity disk. He is very polutive for his enviroment and can change the pH of his body if he want. Else then Goop he also can change his density and so change his body structure. |

Nightmare Four Arms is a twisted clone of Four Arms. He is stronger then Four Arms and have also a bigger stamina, thanks to his new shell. The shell is based on the shell of Terraspin. He is the heaviest on the minions but also their powerhouse. |

Nightmare Heatblast is a more obese form of the regular Heatblast. From all nightmare forms he shows the most like his original form. He is only bigger, heavier and stronger. He slogger constantly magma out of his mouth. He is also highly resisted to water-based aliens. |

Nightmare Stinkfly isn't such a fighter and is only useful to scare people. His smell is terrible and even deadly when you inhalate too much of it. He is primair weapon is his toxic bite. It is capable of killing even a To'kustar. His wings are useless, because they are too smal to hold his weight. |

Nightmare Wildmutt looks like he is created by horror writer H. P. Lovecraft. He is the most disturbing of the group. He is a pure carnivore and even a cannibal. His only purpose is to spread terror and chaos. |
