Rayshark is a Finosain from the planet Fino in Phineas 10 and Phineas 11.
Appearance[]
Rayshark looks like a humanoid shark. In Phineas 10 Rayshark has a black tight suit with white lines and the omnitrix symbol on the chest. He has white soles. In Phineas 11 he looks similar only the lines are green and the transformatrix logo is in a diamond.

Powers[]
Ray can manipulate water to his will and is able to blasts rays from his hands hence his name. He can also breathe underwater and is usually used for such missions.
Weaknesses[]
Though he can survive out of water if he stays in the hot sun for a while his can can crack until his eventual death.
